Our Graduate ProgramOur 18-month Graduate Program, Foundations, is designed to bridge the gap between formal education and the workforce. As a BMD team member, you will develop skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, innovation, and team building.
What to ExpectAs a Graduate Site Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering a portfolio of projects in Victoria. You will engage in structured learning through three tailored modules, experience hands-on learning, and receive mentoring from BMD's Board of Directors and executive management team.
Key Responsibilities- Learn about drawings, specifications, and HSEQ requirements for site-related activities
- Work as part of a team to ensure core project functions are delivered
- Maintain a daily diary outlining site meetings, discussions, works performed, and inspections
- Participate in training initiatives and skill development programs
We are looking for a graduate with strong decision-making and communication skills, creative thinking, and a drive to experience real hands-on work in the field. You must have completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or be graduating in 2024 or mid-2025. Candidates will require their own transport to project sites.
