{"Job Title": "Caretaker", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caretaker to join our team at Toora Women Inc.

As a Caretaker, you will provide administrative support to our services, including data entry, client records management, and preparation of correspondence. You will also be responsible for responding to emergency contacts from our clients and providing crisis intervention, practical, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to Toora services
* Respond to emergency contacts from clients
* Provide crisis intervention and support
* Develop and maintain facility knowledge of Toora Women Inc. residences
* Be available to respond immediately to any phone call

Requirements:

* Relevant Community Service qualifications and short-term crisis intervention skills
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in the community sector
* Capacity to work with challenging behaviors and crisis situations
* Flexibility to be available for the entirety of each shift
* Well-developed communication skills and ability to relate sensitively with women of diverse cultural, social, economic backgrounds

Working Conditions:

* Out of hours work may be required
* Must possess a current driver's license and be willing to drive
* Must possess a Working with Vulnerable People registration
* Required to work from any location, within integrated Toora Inc. service system

What We Offer:

* $41.52 per hour plus penalty rates as per MEA
