We are seeking a highly experienced consultant with a strong background in telecommunications policy development, regulation and economic analysis of network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Researching Indo-Pacific telecommunications policy and regulation
  • Developing policy instructions and regulatory advice
  • Collaborating with submarine fibre cable experts
  • Forecasting country-level telecommunications traffic

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high presentation standards, strategic thinking in problem-solving and a proven track record of insightful data-driven quantitative analysis. Self-starters who can take on a managing role for a range of different sized projects, possess strong interpersonal effective communication skills to support client engagement and demonstrate a proactive supportive and respectful team approach.

A broad technical understanding of current and evolving technologies and their strategic impact on the market is essential as well as 3-5 years experience in telecommunications policy development, regulation or economic analysis of network infrastructure. The successful candidate will work on projects that serve our communities and have meaningful impacts on our society.
