Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Team Leader to join our team in Caloundra.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role, working 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in leading and developing our frontline team, focusing on customer service and sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving performance targets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and managing stock levels
  • Assist with training and development of the team
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met
