This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8:30-5PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for lease administration, including setting up leases, invoices, arrears, cash flow management, financial report management, forecasting and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the centre's finance operations
  • Responsible for lease administration, including lease setup
  • Managing the monthly rent roll
  • Oversight of Accounts Payable
  • Monthly income and expenditure accruals
  • Financial analysis and reporting
  • Arrears management
  • Managing the financial and administration for two different shopping centres and building relationships with the retailers

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in financial property management experience is required (or a similar role), and knowledge of property financial package MRI is highly desirable but not required.

Degree in Financial Management/Accounting highly desirable

CPA qualification is highly desirable

Excellent computer skills in all Office applications, but strong Excel skills with experience in pivot tables, look ups and multi-dimensional formulas

Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act is desirable.

Customer service experience is also highly desirable
