**Anaesthetics Department Overview**

  • Bendigo Health's Anaesthetics Department is an accredited training site for anaesthetic trainees, offering a comprehensive range of services to both public and private patients.
  • The department is responsible for providing anaesthesia and related services to all interventional disciplines except Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Transplant Surgery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality anaesthesia services to patients undergoing various procedures.
  • Teach and mentor anaesthetic trainees, junior medical staff, medical students, and nursing staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • AHPRA Specialist Registration or eligibility to apply.
  • A current FANZCA college report outcome assessment.
