About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dairy Team Member. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our chilled and frozen products are consistently available to customers across our stores.

As a Dairy Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product availability and presentation in the cold section. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all products are stocked and rotated regularly, and that store standards are met at all times.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is committed to providing outstanding service to our customers.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike, and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift moderate to heavy objects on a regular basis. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.

In addition to these skills, you will need to have a high level of integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
