Job Opportunity: Security Vulnerability ResearcherKey Responsibilities:

This role involves contributing to the development of bespoke solutions for accessing data stored on digital items. As a Security Vulnerability Researcher, you will collaborate with Digital Forensics examiners and AFP investigators to assist in gathering evidence for investigations.

Responsibilities include finding vulnerabilities in ubiquitous operating systems, software, and firmware found on popular devices, constructing exploits or payloads for known or newly discovered vulnerabilities, conducting lawful and permitted research on security and privacy enabling technologies, and sharing knowledge, tools, or techniques with the wider Digital Forensics and law enforcement community.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and exploiting security vulnerabilities, as well as experience working with Digital Forensics teams and AFP investigators. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct research and develop effective solutions.
