- Support accountants and senior administration staff with administrative tasks
- Collate and organize completed client work, files, and database information
- Book travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare presentations and monthly reports
- Liaise with external clients, internal team members, and the Events team
- Perform general administration and other ad hoc requirements
About You:
- You should have at least 12 months of experience in a professional services firm, preferably in accounting or finance
- You possess strong multitasking, communication, and attention to detail skills
- You can conduct yourself professionally with excellent presentation skills
- You have the ability to work autonomously and solve problems effectively
- You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
