About the Position

The Roof Coatings Account Manager role is designed to drive customer base expansion through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.

This position requires a strong sales focus, servicing, maintaining, and growing an existing customer base consisting of commercial and residential roofing specialists and contractors. You will convert leads and quotes into sales while achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with our Sales team.

Responsibilities include generating leads, providing excellent service, creating call plans for a structured approach, and tracking sales performance in our Customer Relationship Management system.

Key skills and experience include Business-to-Business sales experience within the trades or construction industry, roofing industry knowledge, great time management and organisational skills, and a solid understanding of working with Excel and Outlook.
