Are you looking for a role that combines sales, merchandising, and customer service? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Representative in a casual capacity. As a key ambassador for our business, you will play a vital role in delivering visual merchandising services, supporting in-store projects, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to fill this role. You will be responsible for maintaining in-store displays, ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly, and assisting with major planogram initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain key customer relationships and work closely with our Bunnings store team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality in-store displays and ensure products are visually appealing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ensure all products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives and support in-store projects

Requirements

  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and effectively use technology and digital applications
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
