Regional Service Delivery Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to lead the delivery of inclusive employment programs across a designated region. The Regional Service Delivery Manager will oversee the operational delivery of these programs, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant services that drive performance and foster stakeholder relationships.

  • Lead the operational delivery of multiple location programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant services.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with employers, government agencies, training providers, and community organisations.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience managing multi-site operations within employment services, disability services, or a related human services sector. Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline are also required. Proven leadership capability and the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strategic partnerships are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Programme Delivery: Oversee the operational delivery of IEA programs across multiple locations, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant services.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with employers, government agencies, training providers, and community organisations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance against contractual KPIs, including employment outcomes and retention benchmarks.
  • Compliance and Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, contractual obligations, and internal policies, including audit readiness.
  • Financial and Operational Performance: Manage financial and operational performance, contributing to forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
  • Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience managing multi-site operations within employment services, disability services, or a related human services sector.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Leadership Capability: Proven leadership capability, with experience in leading and managing a team to achieve performance targets.
  • Australian Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation required at the time of application.
