The Opportunity

  • Collaborate with clients and project engineers to understand project requirements.
  • Conduct research and investigations to develop a clear understanding of ground conditions at project sites.
  • Plan, specify, and manage site investigations and laboratory testing programs, analyzing data and carrying out relevant analyses for project design.
  • Lead and manage small teams to undertake geotechnical design and assessments at various project stages.
  • Assist the Geotechnical leadership team in developing client relationships, training and mentoring geotechnical team members, and fostering strong working relationships across Arup.

About the Role

This position requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in geotechnical design and construction, as well as a proven track record in the field of geotechnical design and experience across a range of medium to large-scale projects and/or building types.

A Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred, and Chartered Membership of EA (or equivalent) or eligibility is required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
