We are seeking an experienced Claims Support Officer to join our team in Sydney. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

This full-time position involves managing insurance phone queues, investigating claims, validating details, and referring to business partners. You will also be responsible for undertaking reviews, audits, and complex escalations as directed.

  • Manage Insurance Phone Queues: Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Investigate and Resolve Claims: Gather information, validate claim details, and refer to business partners as needed.
  • Undertake Reviews and Audits: Perform quality checks on tasks and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Complex Escalations: Manage high-priority issues and collaborate with business partners to resolve them efficiently.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A Certificate or qualification in Administration, Business, Accounting, or Finance would be highly regarded.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately process tasks and demonstrate concern for all aspects of the role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
