Job Summary:

Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute plans effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. They will be able to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, leveraging their expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of marketers to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize ROI.
  • Promote our brand and values through various marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a focus on ROI optimization.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese Mandarin an asset but not essential.
