About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our Claims team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards in property repairs and claims management.

Your primary focus will be on planning, managing, and reviewing the performance of repair partners and providers through on-site and remote audits, claims reviews, and referrals.

You will also provide technical expertise and business insight to strengthen partnerships with repair service providers, building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives during challenging times and contribute to ensuring repair quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing, and reviewing the performance of repair partners and providers
  • Providing technical expertise and business insight to strengthen partnerships
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing vendor relationships to drive optimal repair outcomes
  • Maintaining industry knowledge and implementing strategies to address emerging challenges
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have advanced knowledge of the building industry, Building Codes, insurance, and claims.

You should also have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as significant proven experience in costing building repairs.

A relevant trade qualification is also highly desirable.
