Lead Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a mechanical fitting trade qualification and a minimum of 5 years related workshop experience.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out precision fittings within fine tolerances relating to bearings, bushes and sleeves and other parts.
- Assist in the scoping of detailed and precision repairs requirements.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Dismantle, replace and assemble engineering components in the Repairs facility.
- A mechanical fitting trade qualification coupled with a minimum of 5 years related workshop experience, preferably with an OEM.
- Advanced mechanical skills and experience operating within a workshop environment, repairs and full refurbishment workshop.
- Able to take and record accurate measurements using precision measuring instruments.
