Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to support women experiencing homelessness in finding safety, stability, and a path forward.

The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a safe, respectful environment while helping clients work towards long-term stability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised case plans to support each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Coordinate access to housing, mental health, domestic violence, and other support services in collaboration with partner organisations.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation site, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing trauma-informed, culturally safe, and empowering support throughout their stay.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or relevant experience in the homelessness sector.
  • Previous experience in working with vulnerable and at-risk people.
  • Working with Aboriginal People and communities in the provision of support services.
  • Case Management, preferably working with marginalised populations and individuals.
