**Cyber Solutions Leader**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Cyber Solutions practice in Australia.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the cyber risk landscape and be able to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and deliver exceptional risk advisory and broking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pipeline for Cyber Insurance and Risk consulting services.
  • Lead and manage the conversion of identified new business targets for cyber insurance and consulting.
  • Present proposals to clients for risk consulting and/or insurance.
  • Own the Cyber content in tender proposals and participate in tender pitches.
  • Engage with insurers to maximise their offering and contribute to incident response panels.
  • Deliver insurance risk transfer solutions to clients through strong insurer connectivity and broker negotiations.
  • Lead the team to execute and manage Cyber Risk consulting services including cyber incident readiness assessments, threat simulations, resilience evaluations and/or risk profiling.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure they and their clients/prospective clients are aware of their Cyber risk exposures and the value of Aon's offerings in helping to protect organisations.
  • Promote and deliver to clients Aon's Cyber Risk Analyser and other data and analytics tools.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives through data utilisation and innovation including the use of Aon digital tools (AI, Analysers) to optimise strategic and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with senior executives and developing relationships with media and clients. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high standard of presentation. Strong time management skills and proven experience working in a high-pressure professional environment are essential.
