Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Nazareth Care. Our organisation is dedicated to providing excellence in person-centred and clinical care, with respect and compassion for all.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care, assessments and support to our residents. They will also lead and mentor the team, driving improvements and best practice, and engage with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals.

  • Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support

  • Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
  • Documentation and accurate record keeping

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration, experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia, ideally within Aged Care. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent clinical assessment and observation skills, and enthusiasm and passion for making a difference.
