Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at SDN Children's Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (NSW).
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferable).
