Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet specific targets and provide tailored guidance/coaching to clients
  • Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity
  • Develop and implement effective employment strategies to support clients' unique needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success
  • Proven success within target-driven environments is critical
  • A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment
