  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to improve student outcomes and attendance in disadvantaged schools.
  • Prepare and submit data reports to the Principal on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Monitor student performance and behavior, identifying areas for intervention and providing targeted support.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, higher education institutions, and external agencies to promote student achievement and well-being.
  • Work closely with the school leadership team and departments to develop and implement initiatives that enhance student outcomes.
  • Establish partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to create opportunities for student engagement and growth.
  • Liaise with external agencies to support new arrivals and their families, facilitating a smooth transition into the school community.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of relevant legislation and policies impacting schooling.

As a key member of our school community, this individual will be responsible for managing human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to drive student success.
