In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional care to young people in our residential care homes. When the supervisor is off shift, you'll step up and lead a dedicated team of care workers, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every resident.
You'll work closely with our Out of Home Care Program team, collaborating with the supervisor and coordinator to deliver compassionate care and foster growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of residential care workers
- Providing outstanding care to young people in our care homes
- Collaborating with the supervision team to deliver quality care

We have 2 Full-Time opportunities based in Melbourne, VIC, within our Out of Home Care Program. The positions report directly to the House Supervisor.
