Job Summary:

Aerison Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our workers on site. You will be responsible for conducting daily health and safety inspections, conducting toolbox and prestart meetings, and liaising with site management and supervision to create risk and hazard registers.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
* Conduct toolbox and prestart meetings to ensure workers are aware of potential hazards and risks
* Liaise with site management and supervision to create risk and hazard registers
* Conduct or coordinate health and safety inspections on site
* Conduct site inductions and training
* Investigate hazards, near misses, and incident reports, managing risk
* Provide training to workers on the Safety Management Systems and site safety requirements
* Communicate health and safety related matters to QHSE Management and workers

Requirements:

* Demonstrated work history conducting safety investigations
* Extensive knowledge of OHS and Mining Legislation
* Experience in Incident Investigation & Risk Management
* High level communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and management, both internal and client based
