Job Title:

Data-Driven People Insights Specialist

Job Description:

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic people and HR analytics initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality data insights to support business decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective analytics solutions, manipulate large datasets, and develop actionable insights from complex data sets.

Additionally, you will identify and meet reporting needs, drive innovation in databases and processes, and provide expert advice on data-driven strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Finance, or IT
  • Significant experience in reporting and analysis around large datasets
  • Proficiency in SQL, visualisation tools (Tableau or Microstrategy), and Business Intelligence tools like Python
