">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our newly opened Gold Coast office. This is an excellent opportunity for you to be part of our growing team and contribute to the success of our projects.
">As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will perform various quantity surveying functions while exercising sound financial acumen and proactively maximising value for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
">- Liaising with clients, architects, and main contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.">
- Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.">
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project progress and financial performance.">
- Analyzing tender submissions and evaluating contract negotiations to secure the best outcomes for our clients.">
- Providing expert advice on cost management and budgeting to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.">
- Developing and implementing benchmarking processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in cost modelling and planning.">
- Other related duties as required by the role.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.">
- Full Australian working rights and current location in Australia.">
- RICS / AIQS accreditation (highly regarded).">
- Proficient in the use of Cost X.">
- The ability to produce top-down and bottom-up cost plans.">
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception to completion and post-project review.">
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and control multiple projects/client commissions.

Salary Estimate
">We estimate that the annual salary for this position will be around $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
