Key Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver Storeperson

  • Plan and execute orders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Operate a truck safely to undertake multi-drop deliveries and maintain a clean, organized vehicle.
  • Unload food products, including chilled and frozen items, to customers, handling cash transactions as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a valid MR truck license or higher, with forklift license and high reach experience preferred.
  • Have cold storage experience and be physically capable of loading/unloading containers and delivery vehicles.
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in order to meet quality and safety standards.
