Job Title: Senior Mental Health Therapist

The ORS Psychology team is expanding and we are seeking a skilled professional to provide short-term mental health interventions.

This role focuses on delivering evidence-based brief intervention strategies and techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT & DBT, underpinned by person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to psychological therapy.

You will be part of a national team working under Commonwealth funded mental health service programs, Employee Assistance Program services, NDIS, and private sector performing clinical services to a variety of clients.

We require a highly skilled therapist who can work effectively with individuals experiencing mental health issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual therapy sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
