We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Workers Lifestyle Group. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
• Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when necessary
• Answering questions about our venues and providing relevant information
• Operating the public-address system to make announcements to club patrons and staff
• Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
• Updating details in our membership system
• Issuing Workers' Gift Cards
• Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
• Facilitating cloak room service

Requirements

• 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality/Hotel/Entertainment is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation
• Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations, and customer complaints
• Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems/programs, including Outlook
• Current NSW RSA/RCG competency card
• Polite phone etiquette
• Willingness to work a mixture of day, evening, and weekend shifts
