About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our team at McLean Farms, a leading agri-business in Australia. As a Boilermaker, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our equipment and machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general and intermediate welding tasks to repair and maintain equipment and machinery
  • Oversee and mentor apprentices in the workshop
  • Read and interpret workshop drawings to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
  • Ensure all work complies with quality assurance protocols and safety standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Boilermaker (trade qualified) is essential
  • Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
  • Good attention to detail and safety standards
  • Good communication skills
  • 'C' class license is essential
