Job Description

This role requires a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor with demonstrated experience and knowledge in building certification, fire safety, and land use planning.

You will utilize your expertise to contribute to the development of a fast-growing rural and regional strategic centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in building certification, fire safety, and land use planning.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of relevant NSW legislation, including the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Local Government Act 1993, Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011, and National Construction Code.
