About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Consultant to join our team. As a Positive Behaviour Support Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans that promote the quality of life of our NDIS participants.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure individual plans reflect our participants' passions and strengths. Your passion for working in the disability sector and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
- Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies utilizing a positive behaviour support framework
- Ensure individual plans reflect our participants' goals, passions, and strengths
- Build the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives
- Act as an advocate and role model for best practice
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
