Cyber Security Specialist

At Infosys Consulting, we're seeking a highly experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant - Cyber Security - GRC. In this newly created role, you will provide subject matter expertise to our clients and support the maturation of our organization's cybersecurity GRC capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cyber security standards and guidelines
- Support the transition to a new enterprise GRC system, including risk management, control framework development, and policy management
- Collaborate with the Cyber Program Director to provide advisory support and thought leadership for GRC uplift
- Support the implementation of cyber security reporting and metrics
- Provide guidance on Critical Infrastructure Legislation compliance strategy (SOCI)
- Advocate for GRC maturation across the Digital stream through engagement and communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex requirements in non-technical terms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
