Job Overview

Full Stop Australia is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to putting a full stop to sexual, domestic and family violence. We are seeking an experienced Training Administration Officer to join our team in the Inner West.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate and professional team, providing high level administrative support for training programs and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating online and face-to-face training programs, maintaining accurate records and calendars, processing quotes and invoices, and liaising with participants, organisational clients and trainers.

As a key member of the training team, you will contribute to regular reports on training activities, coordinate and support ad-hoc projects, and assist with development and maintenance of marketing collateral. You will also support the importation, collation and analysis of data across training services.
