Assistant Principal

Corpus Christi Catholic High School, Oak Flats is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational direction of our school and contributing to the growth and development of our students.

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school community, ensuring the implementation of our school's vision and strategic plan.
• Teaching and Learning: Foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, promoting high-quality instruction and student outcomes.
• Staff Development: Support the professional growth and development of staff, providing opportunities for ongoing learning and improvement.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
• Operational Management: Ensure the effective management of school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Qualifications: Post-graduate study in a relevant discipline and accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School (Category E).
• Experience: Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a strong track record of achievement in education and leadership.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and the wider community.
