Job Overview

We are seeking individuals to fill a role within our Transformation Practice's Defence team in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you will play a crucial part in providing expert advice and support to help our Defence clients achieve their objectives.

We are looking for passionate professionals with diverse backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives to address critical challenges.

  • Australian Citizenship and willingness to undertake Baseline clearance are essential qualifications.
  • We are seeking candidates at different stages of their consulting career, from Associate to Director.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving business growth through strong client relationships and performance.
  • Developing and executing long-term business plans.
  • Mentoring and developing team members for leadership roles.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
