  • Develop and manage a portfolio of salon clients in your territory
  • Drive sell-in of new launches and support campaign execution
  • Collaborate with our education and marketing teams to deliver standout salon experiences
  • Meet sales targets while bringing energy and authenticity to every interaction
We're Looking For
  • Experience in a salon or professional haircare environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen
  • A passion for the industry and confidence to work both independently and within a team
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a bonus
