Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Professional to join our team as Assistant Store Manager.

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, working closely with the Store Manager and back of house team to ensure seamless store performance.

You will provide guidance and support to team members, educating them on our products and services, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Ensure all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous retail management experience (2-3 years) – preferably with a larger format retailer
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people effectively
  • The ability to guide customers through our range of products and brands
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
