Occupational Therapist – South Eastern Melbourne

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Everyday Independence, a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan in South Eastern Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to NDIS participants in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- Utilize evidence-based measurement tools and assessment skills to create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals to deliver high-quality services.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends.
- Attend weekly team meetings to share stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading Occupational Therapists to help you excel.

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- General AHPRA Registration.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Valid driver's license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
