Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements across various sectors, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle income tax returns for a diverse range of entities, including corporations, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Conduct tax planning and provide strategic advice on business operations and compliance matters.
  • Deliver a wide array of business and tax advisory services.
  • As a Senior Accountant, mentor junior staff and liaise with clients, or as an Accountant, work closely with Senior Accountants and Managers on client projects.
  • Manage complex tasks and a substantial volume of advisory assignments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of engaging effectively with various organizational levels while providing outstanding client service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in Australian taxation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Currently pursuing CA or CPA accreditation.
  • Familiarity with Advanced Professional Solutions (APS) and/or Xero is advantageous.
