Job Summary:
  • This position involves handling Concierge and Wheels Desk functions, adhering to hotel standards
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by prioritizing their needs and expectations
About the Role:
  • Operate the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching
  • Support the Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Concierge Supervisor in delivering seamless guest experiences
Responsibilities:
  1. Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a concierge philosophy that prioritizes guest needs and expectations
  • Assist in driving the Whatever/Whenever culture for all guests
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Operate the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching
