Energy Design Engineer

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in civil engineering design, erosion control, site planning, and stormwater management. Our team is responsible for the successful implementation of renewable energy projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in wind farm site development, drainage and hydrological studies, and smaller structure design.
- Design road infrastructure on wind farm sites;
- Develop wind farm site drainage and hydrological studies;
- Design smaller structures such as access roads and bridges;
- Manage design packages prepared by others;
- Verify construction work on site according to designs;
- Ensure compliance with wind turbine foundation plans;
- Support the development of technical specifications and project reports;
- Contribute to business development and sales activities;
- Research and development, including AI integration into design and other processes;
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
- Australian legal requirements knowledge;
- Desirable: training or education related to AI usage;
- Minimum 4 years of post-graduation experience;
- Field experience in Wind;
- Minimum 2 years of similar position experience;
