About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Audio Visual Team Lead to join our team at Trippas White Group. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of Audio-Visual professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and guide a team of Audio-Visual professionals to support hospitality operations for daily meetings and events.
  • Support EY staff and clients for meetings and events across multiple floors and event outlets.
  • Work with a rotating roster to support morning, lunch, and evening event needs.
  • Support Teams calls, Video conference calls, Surface Hubs, Zoom, Webex, and broadcast for in-house hybrid meetings with creative media.
  • Manage the AV team based in Sydney.
  • Lead and participate with teams to achieve results by planning, executing projects, and tasks.
  • Build upon the diverse experience, knowledge, and skills of individuals to achieve business results.
  • Monitor and assist in the training and development of all employees.
  • Ensure succession planning is developed, and progression plans are managed accordingly within the dedicated AV team.
