Zone Manager Opportunity at MECCA Brands

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Zone Manager to lead our MECCA Paddington store in NSW on a full-time basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team.

About the Role
  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
  • Lead from the front and drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
Requirements
  • Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
  • Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
  • Availability to work late evenings and weekends
