We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As part of our dedicated workforce, you will create a safe and supportive environment for our residents and be responsible for delivering exceptional care.

  1. Developing strong relationships with residents and their families based on empathy, trust, and respect
  2. Delivering high-quality care that empowers residents to achieve their full potential by meeting their individual needs and preferences
  3. Providing tailored support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
  4. Ensuring residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times
  5. Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and clean environment
  6. Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and care provided

Candidates must have:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Personal Care Assistant in a residential aged care setting
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • A commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, and spiritual beliefs
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
