At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to provide unparalleled vacation experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department, including resort rooms and amenities.
  • Manage inventories, equipment, and perform preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ensure the resort grounds and gardens are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Assist with farm hand duties and other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a vacation club or resort setting.
  • Understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with owners and guests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster, including weekends and public holidays.
