  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians in a workshop environment to improve operational availability and reduce unplanned asset downtime.
  • Support the objective of life cycle asset management and defect elimination.
  • Assess the risks and reliability of company owned assets throughout the operation.

  • Experience in a complex and high tempo operational/maintenance environment with experience in asset lifecycle cost and risk modelling, innovation and asset maintenance problem solving
  • Experience in working within a matrix style organisation
  • Experience preferred in analytical maintenance or reliability-based techniques.
  • Experience in collaborating and working in a team environment with a focus on managing asset risk and activity priorities
  • Demonstrated background in working closely with maintenance technicians in a workshop environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to OH&S and sustainability outcomes.

  • 5+ years in a similar or equivalent role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering or other appropriate tertiary qualification and relevant industry experience in maintenance engineering.
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Database Management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience in the preparation of written business cases, analytical reports and briefings for use at a senior level
