The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting tradespeople in accessing products for building and renovation projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the trade counter. Key duties include:

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences through knowledgeable product advice and assistance
• Processing quotes and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a high level of stock control and order fulfillment
• Safeguarding a tidy and safe work environment
• Possessing a valid driver's license and willingness to make occasional deliveries using a company vehicle

To excel in this position, applicants should possess:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, with a passion for helping customers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with computer systems and willingness to learn new software
• A clean, valid driver's license and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
