About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Employsure. As a Workplace Health Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with business owners to understand their company and determine their unique Health & Safety needs.
  • Create tailored documentation, including policies, procedures, handbooks, safe work method statements, and action plans.
  • Visit clients across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria to provide support and guidance.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of industry experience in Workplace Health & Safety.
  • Relevant health & safety qualifications (Cert IV).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to frequently travel across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria.
  • A current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
